However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. "The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time."

"This is an amazing home and beautiful property. The views all around are breathtaking. The property managers are terrific people, very friendly and accommodating. So much wild life to watch out the windows, too! I had read a review about the dogs, and was worried about my small children. However, they are very well behaved and friendly. They did not jump up or bark at us. Nothing to worry about there. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely wonderful experience!"
