"Very basic fit out of a shed in a great location. Overpriced for what was provided. We were clearly warned about no sheets but there was no towels, soap, shampoo, tea towel, tea/coffee/sugar. The floor of the living area was taped together and splattered with plaster. A note on the fridge says the owner is aware and will fix this in the new year (proof of at least several months not being fixed). "Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges dangerous for toddlers and skin tears. All sliding doors require maintenance and tracks cleaned. "
