"Excellent location with beach access from the back garden. Beach is big and flat with shallow channels which is perfect place for toddlers to play and have a great time. The house is fine, Toogoom is quiet and I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges dangerous for toddlers and skin tears. All sliding doors require maintenance and tracks cleaned. "

"I was initially booked into a pet friendly accommodation however we had a last minute change which did not allow pets. I had to find somewhere for my small dog. The fire alarm battery needed replacement and I notified the company responsible for looking after the property but they didn't replace it which meant I had to remove the battery and the smoke alarm was disabled for our entire 7 night stay. We had a bath and when we pulled the plug for the water to drain the bathroom flooded dirty smelly...
