“Rooms were clean. Would not recommend for lengthy stays. Very little cupboard space for clothes or bathroom items. Can hear through walls of next door (could hear my neighbour snoring). Toaster available on request but can’t request if you get there after checking and are out and about before office staff arrive. No room to park cars in front of room”

“I stayed in the hotel room not the resort area clean but painted stripping off walls, shower over bath tub, it was convenient for me as it was across the road from where my meeting was”

“Zimmer wenig hochwertig eingerichtet. Es gab eine Durchreiche nach aussen, die jedoch mit einem Schloss gesichert war. Das war etwas unheimlich. Zimmer hat modrig und nach Toilette gerochen. Die Tür zum Bad war schon kaputt, an der Decke kleine Schimmelsporen. Wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten.”

“Good value. Good size room. Pet friendly. The location is a bit removed from things but that’s clear from the booking info and reflected in the price. A slightly older property but nice tropical gardens and well run check in etc.”

“I had a great experience. My dog was happy. And the lady manager at receptipn went out of her way to help me to make my stay comfortable. Furthermore, she was kind, caring and friendly.”

“We stayed in one of the rooms out the back. These are the older rooms that haven’t been renovated. They are a little tired, however they are spacious and quiet. No loud traffic noises. The parking out the back is a little tight. Overall pleasant stay and decent nights sleep.”

“Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms……

“Perfect location for my plans. Staff were friendly and helpful with check in (using the keypad to enter room). Room was neat and tidy, the main room has been updated with fresh paint, modern light fittings, new floor coverings etc but the bathroom is quite outdated. Plenty of parking. Even though the hotel was on the Main Street, you could not hear the traffic noise. Within walking distance to shopping centre and food outlets. ”
