Shiroyone Senmaida Rice Terraces Tours

The hotel did not clean the room in the 3 days that we stayed, due to having some clothes on the bed as an excuse. Also could not get breakfast booking despite asking via email prior to the stay and also on the day of checking in, stating that breakfast was already sold out. Overall the rooms are very small and not exactly a good option for families staying with kids.

Lovely home, would def stay here again!

The hotel was spotless and well looked-after. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We turned up for dinner without a reservation on the off-chance and the staff fitted us in without a word. The hotel is literally across the street from the station (and also from a 7-Eleven) which was very convenient.
