Wajima Vacation Packages
Tokyo, Japanese's capital, is about 190 miles (306 kilometers) to the southeast of Wajima.
Don't just limit yourself to Wajima, because this region has plenty of natural and cultural attractions which await the savvy traveler. Nanao and Himi are two more places worth visiting while you're in Ishikawa.
Kanazawa is 60 miles (97 kilometers) from Wajima. This center features a diverse range of points of interest, like Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden and 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. Shinmeigu Shrine, Tentoku-in and Ninja Temple are also worth checking out before returning to Wajima.
Sometimes the difference between being a real traveler and a run-of-the-mill tourist is a little understanding of the local language, so be sure to memorize a number of handy Japanese phrases once you've booked your trip. "Isshoni odorimasenka?" means "Would you like to dance with me?" You'll find that using "Benjo wa doko desu ka?", which means "Where's the toilet?", can really make you look good.
If you're traveling in Ishikawa on the 23rd of December, join the fun during the national Birthday of Emperor Akihito celebrations.
As you conclude your holiday, pack your travel bag and wish Japan "Sayōnara" (farewell).
