There are only two good things about this hotel, location & very friendly staff. Everything else sucks. We stayed there for 6 days and I've never been more frustrated about a room configuration, especially for two people. We are relatively light travelers, we max out at 1 small luggage and 1 backpacks for each person. There was barely enough room for that. The room: Either the bed was too big for the room or the room was too small for the bed. Either way the setup was not optimal. Lots of space on the wall for shelves or hooks, anything really to make the room more functional for travelers. The bathroom was unusually narrow, where the toilet was basically up against the other wall. So sitting in it or getting to the shower was a nice Olympic challenge. Light configuration was ridiculous. One unnecessary main switch, one lamp that couldn't even be plugged in. We are active travelers, we like to spend our time outside the hotel, which is good, because the room itself wasn't all the relaxing. The location: Great location, Kongens Nytorv metro stop within minutes. We were able to get around the city extremely well because of it. Also very close to Nyhavn and all the surrounding sights. The staff: Great amazing friendly staff.
