Staff were wonderful, from front desk to breakfast service. Love how breakfast is served to keep food clean and hygienic. Location is great, close to shops and restaurants but a couple minutes away on a quiet street. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The front desk staff when we checked in was very friendly. They were also very helpful with my Room service order. I forgot how much I love an evening turn down service our hotel room was very clean. The bar is lively and fun great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A/C in the room actually quit working, we were taken care of very well though, we got a discount for breakfast and got set up in a different room, staff was A+ very attentive and polite

The only thing good about Yellowstone Country Inn is they have rooms for more than four people, and the 2-room suite was very spacious. Other than that... - Not enough parking spaces. We had to park in the alley behind the shed for two nights. - There were no towel bars or hooks to hang towels. - There were no hangers or hooks to hang a jacket. - There were only four chairs in a room that could hold up to 8 guests. - The floors were filthy with dead bugs dirt and cob webs. - Doors and knows we're disgustingly dirty. - The drapes would not close completely. When attempting to close the gap a hook fell. I lifted the chair cushion to search for it and the chair was stuffed with trash, seeds and old food. - The ice machine was broken during our entire 4-night stay. - The hair dryer was melted and not usable. - The floor was uneven and squishy and carpet was worn and torn. - We could hear the guests in the room next door talking, even though they were not loud. - the porch by the office with four porch swings was pleasant.
