Clean, beautiful hotel

The room was very small and the coffee maker did not work even after it was replaced. It was after 5:00 pm before our room was cleaned on the second day.

Don’t want to be unkind but give an honest review. This is a mid level motel on the highway with a nice view of the lake but that’s it. Balconies are actually the right of way to all the rooms. The property has no real lake access and sits across two parking lots and the road from the lake. It was clean and the breakfast was good and what we expected. Decor is odd and tbh pretty tacky. Bedroom views are of a lovely hillside but spoiled by dumpster and old discarded appliances. Only place to eat is a scruffy bar across the road- food was pretty good, We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed one and went into West Yellowstone to another hotel for night two. Overall, if you’re aware of what this motel is, and ok with the limitations then book it. We felt it was too much money ($345/night) for what we expected.

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!
