The neighborhood feels unsafe. Upon arrival there were neighbors across the street yelling at one another. A late trip to the gas station for coffee was surrounded by people rocking back and forth begging for money. The property has a musty smell that permeates everything. There was garbage lined up in the common area outside from the property adjoining which caused an awful odor due to the high humidity. The laundry area which is supposed to have a lock box with a code is not locked and with a window broken out. Not safe to spend time and have the ability to secure. Efforts made to make other arrangements were not successful or easily communicated.
