"We enjoyed our stay. Jared and Melinda are excellent hosts and made us feel welcome. The house is beautifully built and well appointed. The original architectural details are mostly still intact on the inside of the house. It is also full of interesting artifacts and historical pieces from the original owner. The breakfast is basic fare, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Our room, the Decker Room, was spacious and a nicely decorated. The mattress and linen could use updating and it would be nice to have another chair in the room as there was just one desk chair to sit in. Good to be aware that rooms facing the street are exposed to traffic noise, a lot truck traffic. We would stay there again. I think the owner has only owned the place a couple of years, so it will improve with each passing year. He is off to a great start."

"It was absolutely perfect! Russ was very helpful for anything we needed and the house was incredible! Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, and the bar area was perfect for hanging out in! We will definitely be back next year! "
