“Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. ”

“Great place and exactly as advertised (no surprises). The property was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything in good working order. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked, making it ready for food prep. The property location was remote (we knew this from our research) which equaled quiet and peaceful. The host (Jessica) was incredibly responsive (we got responses within an hour of every query). A GREAT stay, which we would rebook again in a heartbeat!”

“This is our second time staying at Tara's place. It is 5stars. Everything you would need in the kitchen is there. The place is warm and cozy and the area is quiet and beautiful. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch was so relaxing. We visited High Knob, Canyon Vista, Dushore and Eagles Mere. It was our second time and it won't be the last. Great place!”
