I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

The suite I booked had a small pool, and I was told it was the only one with heated water, which was a lie. There were so many flies at lunchtime that it was almost impossible to enjoy the food. I asked for salsa but they never brought it, I asked for no mushrooms in my eggs and they put them in anyway. Very poor service.

We loved the resort, the room, the surroundings, friendly staff and excellent food

Espectacular el hotel, las instalaciones, mucha privacidad en las villas, excelente servicio del personal, demasiado atentos y la comida deliciosa! La playa esta muy padre y es un ambiente 100% fsmiliar

Tte property is a little dated, however the staff was friendly and made us feel at home, the nightly show were very entertaining, the food and restaurants where not good at all, besides that overall it was ok
