“Before I book this hotel, I noted that someone has commented the door lock is malfunctioned sometimes. Badly, I have also assigned an room with a broken door lock and always locked myself outside the room. The worst is there is never hostel staff stationed at the hotel, I can only seek help from hotels.com and contact for the hotel for the malfunctioned lock. The staff came quickly and fixed, however, it happened again after the staff left. It destroyed my holiday in Finland by spending my time……

“En saanut Forenomilta ulko-oven koodia. Ulostuleva henkilö kertoi ulko-oven koodin. Huoneen koodin olin saanut sovitusti. Huone oli siisti samoin wc ja suihkutilat sekä pyykinpesutilat ja keittiö. Lieden ja uunin käyttöohjeista ei selvinnyt, että niiden käyttöön ottamiseen tarvitsee laittaa nurkassa oleva ajastin käymään. Siihenkin neuvo löytyi naapurilta. “Self check in near to midnight worked seamlessly. Very short walk from the train station, centrally situated a short walk to the university, cathedral, harbour. Lots of cafes, shopping, very safe. Hostel was warmly heated so, very comfortable in cold January. Bathrooms clean, bed very comfortable and bedding clean. Hostel has a small kitchen if needed and there is a communal hairdryer stored there. too.”
