"Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Everything you need. Great location. Short walk to people’s Park. Great swimming pool and fitness area. Staff super friendly and efficient. Near to shopping centres for food and Starbucks. Great breakfast with very good choice and good quality foods and fruit. Shame I couldn’t stay longer."

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to IFS. I liked that it was one block away and the staff were very lovely. It is a lot less chaotic staying one block away (extra 4 min walk) than right in the centre. The staff were also very pleasant and a lot of nice restaurants to try."

"Lovely hotel with a lot of little touches that makes it special. There is a good variety of food in the club lounge, however I would recommend if you didn’t have to have breakfast early due to the volume of people, I would use the main restaurant. I would have given it five stars but when we arrived to check in, I gave our passports etc to the main reception on level 25 who said our room wasn’t ready, this being 3.30pm. They kindly took us to the club lounge so that we could have afternoon tea. (We did have a club room booked). At 4.30pm, I queried if our room was ready at the club lounge reception, which it was. Wasn’t too bothered that we had been ‘forgotten’ as it’s a very nice area to chill out. However, the following night when we came to use the lounge we were asked to produce our passports and credit card again so that we could ‘check in’ as this hadn’t been done the previous day, even though I’d given them to the main reception. These things happen but it would have been nice to have had an apology instead of being made to feel guilty."

"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall."

"I had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Chengdu! The room was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job preparing the bed and keeping everything neat and tidy every day. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The only minor issue was that the bidet in one of the toilets was not functioning properly, as the water spray was not working correctly. Hopefully, the hotel can have this fixed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits to Chengdu. Highly recommended!"
