El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. "I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.
The hotel offers a service for a day trip to the beach which I really enjoyed. All the staff were helpful to get this set up for me. I highly recommend this hotel to others who are visiting Egypt for the first time!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel. "

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room.
The room was clean and it had a wonderful view.
The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
