"The lake is beautiful and provides activities, the goats are very cute, the house was clean and comfortable, with A/C, plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers, and space for our things. Just what we wanted for a family long weekend with 3 generations. The owners were very responsive. The deck is in desperate need of a coat of paint and some other maintenance though - hopefully the owners can do some upkeep on the outdoor space soon. "

"This is the cutest cabin. It’s super clean and has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable and I only wish we could have stayed longer. It’s located off a main road but you don’t hear any traffic at all. When I am back in the area, I will absolutely book it again."
"Check in was simple. Really nothing to do but walk in and start enjoying the cabin. Kitchen was fully stocked with food. All the cabinets were labeled to two. You were everything was. "

"We had an amazing time at this emasculated clean cabin, surrounded by acres upon acres of beauty. I lived walking down the short path to the river where I spent lazy afternoons reading and wading. The cabin has all you could ask for and would happily stay again for even longer!"

"Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use Marilu's Catering again if we are here in the future. Kitchens were well-stocked with some essentials and plenty of dishes and cookware; there were also PLENTY of pool towels available. We ate most meals out back on the spacious patio and enjoyed the nearby Delaware River twice for kayaking trips. Thank you, Leah, for providing a space where we could enjoy precious time together with family!"
"We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!"

"This house is in a fantastic location for All Star Village with plenty of space for families. However, you need to know what you're getting into. The house is old and doesn't appear to be visited often. When we arrived the pool was very green and took days to clear up. The house was very stuffy with mildew in the air. The owner said he had difficulty finding cleaning services. We had to open the windows and purchase DampRid which helped the smell a lot. Some of the AC wall units did not work and none had been turned on prior to our arrival, so the house was very stuffy. The owner was nice enough to come replace an AC unit in the wall that was not working that prevented some from sleeping the first night. The basement is very musty with mildew in the air and there is standing water in parts of the unfinished basement under the pool, which I'm sure does not help. The owner also replaced the coffee maker and added a Fire TV stick to the television at the bar, which is the main living area, so that we could watch tv. The grounds are very pretty, but the house is old and needs a lot of work."
"It was a pretty setting on the lake. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake and canoeing. The Inn was quaint and had an easy going vibe. The band was a nice addition. "
