Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. It is a boutique resort, the size of the resort is not comparable to those big chain hotels/resorts, but you may get very personnel services/greeting from the staff. They even can address your name on the first night I stayed there.
