“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. “The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! "I highly recommend this Hotel in Basel! Hotel is right outside of Basil Central train station (2min walk with a large suitcase) super convenient with multiple tram stops & 2 supermarkets within one minute distance. Excellent customer service - I wanted to thank Carole and Thomas for their warm, friendly & attentive service. I stayed in the newly renovated business villa, the room was spacious & clean with hard wood flooring, bathroom at a window with huge shower both and sink counter. Hotel has a restaurant and a small car but I don’t eat breakfast nor drink, so I didn’t try it. Lots but not least the room cost is reasonable."
