"Checked in at 1 a.m. Staff said breakfast was $11. We said we’d decide later since we might sleep in. When we came down a few hours later, they demanded double the price with no prior warning or mention of any time restriction. Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Extremely disappointed — do not recommend this hotel."

"Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from. The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience.
