"This apartment was everything it was advertised to be: spacious, very clean, amazing views, helpful staff. The kitchen was equipped with anything one might need for cooking. Great restaurants are in easy walking distance. Overall, a very nice place for a very reasonable price."

"Excelente todo!!!! Seguro volveremos!!!"

"Very beautiful, clean, cozy, facing the sea, we could see sea turtles, cozy and an unbeatable hostess beach"

"Perfect home for one month in Cuenca. Beautiful views of the river and unbearable location. The apartment had everything a family might need and more. Hope to return soon!"

"We loved everything about this property and host. Just beautiful inside and out. Very easy and effective communication with Bruce our host and his concierge Cecilia. I would highly recommend the location also. Easy access to many restaurants and the downtown area."

"10 days of relaxing in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. The pool was great. Right on the beach meant I could swim in the ocean and then relax on the deck of the pool. Handy to good places to eat."

"Great Stay. Sandy is a great Host. Would recommend this property to all."

"We enjoyed our stay! Hot water, no issues with wifi, amazing location, stunning view, clean space and the host was very communicative. I’d recommend this spot to anyone!"

"This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the...
