"Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained."

The two properties worked great for our trip and were close enough for us to feel all together while still spread out enough to have privacy for the boys cabin and girls cabin. The kids had a blast and the area is gorgeous, even in the off season when we went! "

"There was no refrigerator in the room There was no hair dryer in the room The staff was less than friendly/helpful There was no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser. Didn't realize that until I was in the shower There was no hot water for tea at breakfast. Actually that dispenser was EMPTY. "
