“C’est une honte absolu que cet endroit ne soit pas déjà fermé. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, problématique quand l’on travaille dans le tourisme et qu’on a une gamme de prix qui vise clairement un public international. Ce même personnel qui essaie de nous arnaquer, en prétendant que le jacuzzi n’est pas prévu dans le prix et demande un supplément de 100/gel par jour ce qui est tout bonnement du vol. “This review is specifically for the “penthouse” suite with the private bathroom. We were very disappointed to arrive to find the bathroom filthy and clearly used and not cleaned. I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived.
