“Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced.”

“The location is situated well in proximity to Train Station, many restaurants/cafe's/bars, shopping, the cathedral. Staff was lovely at the front desk and restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”

“A real treat. Beautiful chateau in wonderful surroundings, sip a glass of champagne as you wander around the grounds! The room was characterful and spacious and the decor throughout is beautiful. We had the gourmet dinner which was exceptional. The staff could not have been nicer. ”
