"Als wir das Hotel gesucht haben, haben wir wert darauf gelegt, dass es keines dieser Massenhotels ist. Diesbezüglich war das Hotel auch wirklich das richtige, da das Hotel recht klein war und wir wirklich sehr nett von Jessica während unseres Aufenthalts betreut wurden. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber ausreichend und immer extrem sauber. Es war wirklich jeden Tag jemand da, der sauber gemacht hat. Also hier wirklich top. "A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !! "

"The staff are the best, especially if you make an effort and try to speak Spanish. The apartment was simple and clean, just right for us (my sister and I de-stressing over half term). The food was served buffet style so something to please everyone. The location was 2 minutes walk from the sea, and 5 mins walk from the lovely little S'Illot bay, with lovely cafes like Beach Bar."

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "
