The view of the fall colors from the top floor balcony was spectacular. The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating with beautiful views from every location. The fireplace was nice in the morning when temperatures were cool. The kitchen was very functional though it is always challenging to cook in someone else’s kitchen. The most important thing for renters to know is that the three bedrooms are in the basement and the main living area is the top floor. The middle level is the same level as the garage and has the owner suite and balcony which are not included in the rental. Adjusting to altitude along with two flights of stairs between the bedrooms and main living area was challenging in the first part of the week. But after lots for nearby hiking, we eventually adapted. Yes, we would stay here again. The management company was very responsive and the view was worth the hike from the basement to the top floor multiple times a day. ##### Karen S. Plenty of room for our group of 7\. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied. It was very clean and so cozy! The pool and hot tub were a nice perk especially for our 2 kiddos! Living area (living room, kitchen, dining room) was spacious and comfortable. Three bedrooms downstairs and one small bedroom/office upstairs. Fabulous view. Very convenient to be able to use the garage. Located close to many ski areas - Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. and close to shopping and restaurants.
