Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.

Staff was nice, long term parking was expensive, I was charged for the complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast consisted of a microwave sandwich, peaches cup, and yogurt. But everything else was ok.
