SCAM!! DON'T BOOK!
DO NOT BOOK! TOTAL SCAM! WE HAVE ASKED HOTELS.COM TO REMOVE THIS "HOTEL" FROM THEIR SITE.
We booked here for one night. It is not a hotel. It appears to be run by a family with a property down the street. We thought we had booked the property pictured, but they told us to come to the property down the street & said they had a room for us there because there were no rooms available in the recharge residences because of an A/C issue. (We had literally just booked it maybe an hour earlier on very short notice, so why they even had it showing as available if there were A/C issues and no rooms is very sketchy too.) The rooms at the different location were horrible and depressing. It felt like we were staying in a hallway converted into a room. We had our kids with us so we wanted to be in the same room but they were going to put us in two different rooms that weren't adjoining. I told them this was not what we had booked and it was completely unacceptable to us. They initially tried to tell us it was not cancellable, but we eventually got them to agree that they were not giving us what we had booked and they agreed to refund our money but said we needed to cancel the booking first. I tried to do that online but it wouldn't let me so I contacted hotels.com. They said they had to speak to the owners first, but when they would try to call the contact number they had, no one answered. I messaged the owners again & they asked for hotels.com to email them. Still no refund. Don't do it!
