Best resort for couples, excellent service, customized breakfast options, small paradise

We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools.

Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and the common areas. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining high standards, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority here. The room was comfortable, well-presented, and a relaxing place to return to after a busy day. The pool was another highlight of my stay. It was well maintained and provided a great place to relax and unwind. I also appreciated how accommodating the staff were when I requested a late check-out. While there was an additional fee, the process was handled smoothly and gave me extra flexibility on my departure day. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. I also used the in-room dining service and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the menu was compared to many other hotels. The food was enjoyable and offered great value for money. The location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated close to shopping areas and cafes, and the beach is easily accessible with a short taxi ride. Overall, a clean, family friendly, comfortable hotel with excellent service, good facilities, and a convenient location
