“Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. They refused to provide water bottles to us. The workout room was extremely sub-par. The majority of the staff did not seem proactive in helping with basic requests but rather acted like it was a burden on them. The pictures and website were deceiving as it seemed like it was a resort with ocean views, but there was no spa and the “ocean……

“The property was clean but dated. The room was a great size we had a separate bedroom and sliders off both rooms which was a great feature until the cold front came in. Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. Now I know humans have no control over the weather this is handled on a much higher level and Florida doesn’t typically need heat so the suites do not have heat.
