“I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like……

“Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones.
