"We didn’t enjoy our stay here at all. It was more like a cabin in the woods rather than a hotel cabin. The bathroom was mouldy and the bed sheets were too small for the bed. The curtains were also too small for the windows and let the light in from the sides. Overall the upkeep was very poor ☹️. Not worth the money we paid. "

"First of all there is no privacy. Workers are entering the yard very often which is make it uncomfortable. The yard has no lock. The wifi was very slow and not working most of the time. The bathroom need to be upgraded as it is very hard to control between warm and cold water. I would definitely stay here again if the above concerns were considered and corrected."

" During my stay, I experienced several inconveniences. There was no room service available and no phone in the room to contact the service department. The restroom door was broken, and no soap was provided for the bathtub. I requested it and asked for it to be placed in the room while I was out, but upon my return, nothing had been provided. "Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen. "
