My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay."

"Was in need to just getaway and this property did the job. Upon arrival it was clean and smelled nice and fresh. Provided equipment if I decided to prepare a meal in or if made the decision to go out there was places and shopping close by. Had an issue with the lock code but the host was very easy to contact and was corrected very quickly. You did hear the people upstairs walking around but not really bothersome as stated in other reviews. Would definitely consider this property in the future."

"My husband and I took our two grandsons to Philadelphia for Wrestlemania. The home was convenient to the sights in the city and to Lincoln Financial Field. The host was quick to respond to questions. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ands the kitchen was very well appointed."

"Such a convenient location in Ardmore. Only a block from the Haverford College campus, and close to my family. I don't remember the listing mentioning the cozy backyard, a lovely feature. definitely a good value"

"This property worked well for my husband and I and my daughter and her new husband. We spent a long weekend introducing my son-in-law to the family and this was a nice place to come back to relax. The only recommendation I would have is to have more comfortable living room furniture. Other than that everything was great."
