“Good location! Manager answered all our questions and said they would fix the issues we had but never did. They gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. When they didn’t fix the very easy issues we didn’t address others. There is something wrong with the heating system. The thermostat didn’t work properly. The place was either freezing or way too hot. The kitchen door needs to be cleaned- it was very sticky. We enjoyed our stay overall! ”

“The only ding is the towels were stained and rough. The location is not stellar but easy enough to find. Check-in was easy and communication with host was good. Apartment was clean. ”

“The apartment suited our needs for a 5-day stay for 3 people. It would have been a stretch to have more. The entry process to the apartment is confusing and was every time we left and came back. We finally just used the garage door opener to cut down on door codes. It’s on the 3rd floor, lots of stairs, no elevator. The internet went out our first night but was resolved. The kitchen needs a few more touches: dish towels, wine glasses, paper towels, extra plates, an actual coffee maker not just a……

“First, the check in time is 5pm - I've stayed all over the world with rental units, and this is the latest time I've ever experienced. They don't give you ANY check-in instructions until 30 minutes before check-in! The instructions tell you to go to an address on N Park Ave, instead of the published Expedia address of Ridge Ave, leading us to believe we were staying elsewhere! Turns out it's just the other side of the building. Then it tells us to "call" the unit number on the outside call……

“It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.”

“Clean room, ease getting in and out, subway nearby (though we only felt safe taking it as a group due; there was a shooting two stops north of Fairmount on the last night of our stay). Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very easy getting to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center by subway and Uber/Lyft; would stay again in the future!”

“Stayed here for 3 nights, it was very secure and I was able to pay extra and check in 5 hours, which I appreciated as I flew in for an event at UPENN and arrived on a red eye. It was definitely nice to have extra space and a stove / microwave, full refrigerator. The place was clean and bed comfortable. There isn't a ton of light and there is no washer / dryer...I appreciated the double door entry with secure codes as it felt secure, as a single female traveler, that was important. Also the unit……

“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“Property was excellent and modern inside and recently remodeled. Some hanyman work is needed (handles, doors etc). Vrbo app never showed messages from host and will not let us leave messages. Vrbo said they are aware of the issue. Host agreed to text directly. Parking lot a block away was reasonable with in & out privilege. I suggest walking because parking is very hard to find at most businesses in Central Philadelphia. A/C and heat may need some updates. Overall a very good place to stay in……

“The enjoyed pink theme, but it needs more maintenance and cleaning done. We expected the pool in the back but it was one. The rug and chair cover should be replaced in my opinion. But overall I would still recommend. 👍”

“We had an overall good stay at this VRBO. The host was excellent with communication—quick to respond, clear instructions, and made the entire process smooth. Check-in was especially easy and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.The location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently situated and made getting around very easy, whether walking or driving to nearby spots.The only downside is the noise level. Being on the first floor, you can hear people coming and going at……
