"I booked a room through Expedia. Upon arrival, the staff claimed I was not registered. Then was told I was called on my phone to confirm. No calls were listed on my recent call list, voice mail, text messages or email. I was given a room. Upon checkout, no receipt was given. I was told I would hear from Expedia, claiming I was still not registered in their system."

"Quiet, private and stunningly beautiful, this property was a most perfect spot for gathering and visiting with extended family. The pine log home has a well stocked kitchen including plenty of dry goods…paper products, detergents, coffee, spices, etc.,. It also has ample towels and wash clothes. Outside be prepared to host a picnic complete with fire pit, wood, gas grill, and skewers to make s’mores! The scenery is gorgeous, and plenty of nature abounds. My favorite past time was watching beautiful white tailed deer, feed and frolic at dusk. The owners are super accessible and responsive, yet also respectful of privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to visit again, soon!"

"This was a beautiful property! Living area was immaculately clean, high quality appliances, countertops, woodwork, and flooring. Beautiful setting. We enjoyed the pond and paddle boat (catch and release fishing). Took walks along the paved hiking paths. We also traveled the countryside and found fresh strawberries, jams, sauces, breads, and Amish baked goods. Host was very attentive when needed, but did not bother us during our stay. Wines available for purchase on site. Note to guests: this is in a rural community and we recommend planning on preparing your own meals on site as we did. However, there is a great small pizza shop nearby, Mama Rita's (about a 15-20 min drive). The kitchen supplies (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) were well stocked and nice quality. We had everything we needed for cooking. Also enjoyed the outdoor grill. The living quarter is above a garage, so there are 16 steps to get up to the room. I would not recommend this location for anyone that has difficulty with walking/steps. But if you are able, we highly recommend talking the hike around in the woods and up the hillside to see the view of the property. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely look to stay here again."
