“Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.”
“Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr gute Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Bahnhof, was für mich stets öffentlich Reisenden relevant ist. Das Personal ist akribisch und sehr hilfsbereit sowie freundlich. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr gut und das Bett ermöglichte einen guten Schlaf. Das Frühstück war gut und bot alles, was ich bevorzuge. Vom SPA-Angebot hatte ich keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da dafür aufgrund meiner Outdooraktivitäten (Wandern) keine Zeit blieb. Aber bei einem künftigen Aufenthalt im Hotel……
“Property is a bit dated but still kept clean. Location is not walkable to city centre so a car is a must if staying here. Restaurants on site were ok but not fabulous.”

Staff were very good informative, friendly and helpful.

Only down side was the doors banging because they are heavy wooden which was disturbing during the night.

“This is a 1950's college dorm room being rented out during the summer months. A creative idea, but the execution isn't great. The beds were hard, the pillows are thin, and they are short on staff. The breakfast didn't look like much so we opted to eat out instead. Beautiful views”

“Although listed as a 4 star hotel, it is certainly not. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels which were far better. While convenient to Bundoran centre, it was a very average hotel. Beds were far too soft and the wifi was extremely poor. Breakfast was as one would expect for a 3 star hotel, but nothing special. OK for a one night stay but ....!”
