“Courteous staff, good food. Our bed needed help, and altho quiet iverall we could hear everything the guy in the next room was doing.”

“The staff are lovely. Always helpful and kind. Breakfast is a little chaotic if too many people arrive at once. Dinner in the North restaurant was fine. The waiter was excellent. My haddock special was superb but my wife’s chicken came undercooked, twice. There is no excuse for that. The maintenance team need to do some work in the room to fix a few faults, which I did mention to reception. Overall I was happy with my stay.”

“Bit of a trek from car park to the rooms, even using the lift need to carry luggage or groceries up stairs. Room doors are very heavy and 7 year old couldn't open them himself. Otherwise accommodation was comfortable and clean, with spectacular views.”
