"The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay."

"What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. "We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything."

"This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!"

"Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot."

"This lovely home was a perfect spot for spending a week in the Catskills with a friend and our dogs. The place was charming, super clean, and true to the description, and the layout gave each of us some privacy, which we appreciated. The host was easy to work with and the area is quiet, serene and peaceful. It was a little hard to find initially, but once we figured that out, everything was perfect. We plan to book again next year. Highly recommended!"

"We are two families with kids ranging from 6-16 years old and our pug-shitzhu mix. We all felt at home on this lovely property. We were lucky to experience the holiday decor which made everything feel warmer. The kids really enjoyed running around outside, feeding chickens, collecting fresh eggs every morning, not to mention the toys and games in the house. "The house was very nice and clean, with all new appliances and a nice outdoor space! The only problem was the door to the place was super hard to find and it took us walking around the property for a while trying to find it. Overall great host and great house would definitely go again!"
