"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The condition of the hotel was not good, and the rooms were not clean. The staff were not friendly and did not treat guests with respect. On the day of checkout, they kept coming to my room again and again telling me it was checkout time. They did not give me enough time to get ready and it made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed. I am very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Room was like brand new, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Only downside was parking which required a short walk from a nearby parking lot which was $10 per day. The weather was good, but if was raining or snowing it would be a pain "

"Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh when I went downstairs, and the fitness center was a nice bonus with a few treadmills and other equipment. Parking was a little tight during an event happening, but was easy outside of that. Would stay again!"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with. I would definitely stay here again. "
