"Hotel was good breakfast was ok only gripe is the ice machine is only on the second floor but all in all hotel was good neighborhood a little sketchy but it’s Troy ny so yea"

"The AC did not work and the room was very war. Also the king size bed had a hole in the middle so you rolled toward the middle which was very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was a blueberry muffin or a bagel, there was no coffee except for the room. I wont be staying there again!"

"Be careful of signage for this hotel. We arrived around 3pm, never been here before. The Tru sign from the road was visible and then the next sign isn't so clear in the daylight hours. The part you can't see if the arrow telling you to keep going straight. Instead we pull in, par and unload. Wait in lobby to be seen by front desk only to find out that isn't the right hotel, its the building behind this one. OK, fine....but then when we go to the front desk at Tru, my husband cracks a joke about needing a treasure map to find the hotel and now that we have do we get a prize and the guy behind the counter says no, it's a rite of passage. Omg, you can't even apologize for the poor signage. We obviously aren't the only ones who have commented. Just rude!"

"Quality Inn was very clean and accommodating in Albany area of NY .The staff are friendly and helpful with plenty of parking. Convenient to many stores and restaurants and attractions."
