“The host was fantastic. Very good communications. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. Although there was just 2 of us the home could comfortable accommodate larger families. Although we try not to cook while traveling the kitchen appeared to have everything necessary if someone wanted to prepare their own meals. Literally steps away from several fantastic restaurants in the town.Already planning to return this fall...”

No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. What more could you ask for? We would happily stay again!”

“My fraternity brothers and I were attending an online conference and wanted to spend sometime together while doing so. This house was just right for what we wanted. It gave us the privacy we needed to discuss the items of the conference as well as the comfort of home to feel welcome and made it easier to talk. It is also close to groceries and other shopping incase we needed anything which was great. ”

“We had an amazing stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s so cozy and was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The area was also beautiful and had great areas to walk or hike. The host was so nice and communicated very quickly, they messaged a few hours before check in to let us know we could check in early if we wanted and was very understanding about an accident involving a shattered wine glass. Overall a great place to stay!”

“We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!”
