The advantage of this property, what makes this apartment exceptional is a large outdoor area surrounding the apartment directly facing the sea, where you can enjoy the sun and relax in the shade of tamarisk trees. The apartment has french doors with mosquito nets and shutters, the rooms are finished with ceramic floors, air conditioning and heating available in all rooms. Comfortable bedroom with double bed and new orthopedic mattress, smart TV Lcd with internet connection, wi-fi Internet. Kitchen and dining area are very well equipped with everything you need from: cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, American coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, mixer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, one bathroom with shower and window. The apartment is nicely and functionally furnished. From kitchen and bedroom direct access to large paved outdoor area with 2 tables, also placed in the shade of large fig tree, Barbecue, outdoor shower and private parking. Quiet location, stunning panoramic sea views, first pebble beach only 20 meters from the house. Free daily excursions in speed boat are organized to Peljesac peninsula.
