“The price we paid for a midweek stay was amazing. That is what brought us to the property. Initial communication with the owners was very clear, easy email and arrival directions were good. Upon arrival, the property appeared well used. It needs a little TLC to fix it up but you could tell this was a fun party property. We were using it for a family of 6, so it worked out really well. Rooms were clean, each of the many beds had their own towels etc. and the rooftop was really enjoyable when it...

“Our family had a very fun time celebrating a birthday!...close to downtown. Sleeping arrangements good for our group...loved the kitchen and big table for playing games. Basement area great for TV. Would recommend this property. Communication with host was excellent! Very accommodating!”

“As described comfortable, fully functional, nicely decorated home. We shared this home with two other couples, we could spread out for quiet time (it’s very spacious) or have happy on the rooftop deck or around the dining room table! We were all walkers and loved being able to get to visit sights on foot or via uber. If you are looking for a comfortable spot, with lots of natural light and room to spread out the Relaxin Retreat will meet your needs.”

“The inside of the property was beautiful and clean. It was a little difficult to figure out the entrance because it is a 6plex. There are stairs inside the house and all three bedrooms are upstairs. We had senior citizens with us and I worried about the stairs. The location is wonderful and parking in alleyway and marked for your car. Location was wonderful close to Broadway. Owner was amazing. Stairs need to be part of the description please ”

“Wow!! This hats all we can say. We stayed here with a large group of friends and family and it was exceptional. It had everything g we could ever need and so much more! I actually own a short term rental so I am pretty picky, and I was blown away. As a bonus, we had our rehearsal dinner in the event room with the reception around the pool and it was just perfect. Monica, the host, was wonder and super responsive. We will, absolutely, return for a family vacation. It was just perfect! ”

“We were not able to stay in our original property due to it being sold. The host was great about communicating about the change and offering options for our group that would also work. We were happy with what we ended up with and had a great, quick trip to Nashville. ”
