The property was okay. I didnt like that the ceiling fan in my bedroom never worked for the entire week we stayed. I told them about it on the second night of my stay, they promised to fix/replace the fan for my comfort but never did. I also didnt like that the building doesn't have an elevator, so we had to walk up and down 18 stairs per floor to get to the 3rd floor. The main building door didn't always lock automatically which was a big security risk as the area is a bit isolated and the overflow parking lot needs more lighting. As far as the staff, we had one negative experience when a lady came to check the ceiling fan. Upon leaving my room she told the host that she heard a dog barking in my bathroom which was definitely not true as I had NO pets!! I was definitely annoyed because I had no idea why she would say something like that.

Very nice hotel, close walking distance to broadway, staff was helpful and nice. Only thing I would change is the blinds for the room. From the outside you’re able to see into the room through the side of the window as the blind does not cover the entire window. There was a clear view to the bed.

By far the best hotel wev've stayed at in Nashville. Staff and hotel are incredible.
