“The property was very nice. It was clean and well stocked. We had a blast. Caught a bunch of fish and made some wonderful memories. ”

“I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property”

“What a wonderful stay!! We couldn't believe the location, the gorgeously decorated rooms, or the easy, comfortable rambling flow of the home. Porches were everywhere- both enclosed and open with super-easy access to the piers where the men in our clan fished happily all day, and the children swam and played in the water where we could see them from the house. Meals were easy for our group of 8 in the open kitchen and Dining Patio. All of us left rested and content saying we'd come back next year...

“Beautiful home. It's very close to the lake with a boat dock and pier to sit on. Paddle boats and kayaks. DoorDash delivers if you don't want to cook. The city harbor was fun and had great food and ice cream. You can pull up on the boat or drive. We had a great time! Would definitely stay again! ”

“We were in town for a baseball tournament and found this property to be perfect for afternoons off with not much to do! Central location good for being close to Guntersville and also Albertville for eating spots and shopping. The neighborhood pool is beautiful and was a great place to spend hot afternoons after being at the ballfield. Property was very clean and the house was beautiful with nice finishes and equipped with everythign we needed. Would recommend!”

“A beautiful house on a beautiful lot.Loved the cabin feel of the place ,boathouse was awesome. We kept our boat inside during some bad weather and didn’t have to worry about any damage. Loved the decor inside. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of needed paper products..Would definitely rent it again and again and again…Thank you Russ! Especially for your quick response to questions.”

“We rented this house for a long weekend in July for a family gathering. It was very spacious and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the pool, large back deck and fishing in the lake. Sam was a great host and went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful”

“We've stayed here before and we love the location close to the lakeside park and walking trail that's super handy with the doggo! The house was clean, beds are comfortable. Kitchen has basic necessities which was all we needed. Glad they had a dehumidifier as it was very hot and humid when we were there!”

“The property was clean and well stocked with bath towels, bedding, and games for ages 7. We spent most of our time fishing off the dock and swimming. The walk to the boathouse was flat and easily accessible and the boathouse provided plenty of shade.We enjoyed the wildlife visiting the property. One morning a bald eagle was sitting on the pier! We spotted an eagle nest in one of the trees on the property. Each evening we would see a visiting fox. There were a flock of geese and ducks that hung...
