The unit features a spacious & private balcony with a grill, ski storage, covered parking, a gas fireplace and a fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen. After a full day of skiing or hiking, you can sit back, relax & recover in our beautiful on-site, 18-person hot tub. IN301 sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, featuring a king bed in the master and two queen beds in each upstairs bedroom. This luxury 3-bedroom is the perfect destination for your mountain getaway, regardless of the season. Interlude 301 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking. There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $20.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall. This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly. We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember! We enjoyed eating our meals at this beautiful condo and having breakfast on the deck. There is an elevator for bringing up/down suitcases to the third floor. You have a gorgeous view of the mountains, too. We would stay there again, when we return to the Snowmass/Aspen area. Slept 6 of us comfortably and had plenty of room for seating in the living areas also. Enjoyed that it was an end unit. Stocked well and decor was lovely. We truly enjoyed the balcony and closeness to Snowmass Village. Wish the hot tub opened earlier and stayed open til later in the evening, but I know that has nothing to the condo owner. The baseboards could get a good cleaning, but I wiped down the bathroom one. All in all I would highly suggest staying here again. We enjoyed 2 wonderful nights. We had excellent access to snowmass and the lifts for a day of mountain biking. The following day we drove up the frying pan River to Ruedi Resivor. Beautiful drive and in reasonable distance to this location. There is a free bus to Aspen and it’s comes often and runs late. Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had five people staying (including three kids ages 6, 9 and 10yrs) and it was more than enough space. Our kids really enjoyed reading and playing with the well stocked condo board games in the loft areas above the upstairs bedrooms. The parents loved having a beer on the patio and watching mountain sunrises from the couch each morning with the gas fireplace on. We loved the accessibility of this location. It's a couple minute walk to the Snowmass Mall and RFTA bus stop. We flew in/out of Aspen, didn't rent a car and didn't need it because of the clean, easy and FREE public transportation. Snowmass and Aspen are amazing for families in the summer and there is so much to do: biking, hiking, the Lost Forest ropes course, whitewater rafting, playgrounds galore, and the list goes on and on. We would definitely like to come back and stay at this condo again because it was perfect for our needs. We didn't find anything that needed to be repaired in the condo, it was fully stocked and the staff at the Interlude/Laurelwood were very easy to get in touch with. ##### Ryan K.
