There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer. A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area. Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool. Three generous sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet. The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The complex provides a tandem secure undercover parking with fob swipe access, intercom and the benefit of a lift. Peninsula Waters is in a great location with a cafe and shops located underneath the complex, Soldiers Point Tennis Courts across the road and Soldiers and park across the road and Soldiers Point Marina and foreshore only a quick two minutes walk.
