This apartment features three great size bedrooms, ensuite, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blue ray 4K DVD player, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, main bathroom with bath, full size single garage space + storage area and loads of off street parking for boats on the council grass area. Absorb the waters views from the waterside large private balcony or sit back on the back balcony and enjoy cooking up a feast on the BBQ. Take a dip in the ocean directly out the front, a stroll along the white sandy beaches or an easy walk across the road to Soldiers Point Bowling Club for a bistro meal and great entertainment. A short walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you will enjoy fine dining at its best, great coffee or just sit back and watch the amazing sunsets that Soldiers Point offers.
