The modern Bauhaus-style villa spans three floors and impresses with four stylishly furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a spacious roof terrace with a lounge area invite you to relax, while the private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols offers refreshing moments. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV (SAT), WiFi, hi-fi system and underfloor heating. Dining tables, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a grill for private use are available on the terraces. The property has three parking spaces directly on site. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The environment combines tranquillity and nature with proximity to Split's Old Town and diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, hiking, golf, cycling, cultural excursions and gastronomy. Beaches can be reached after 7-8 km, shopping facilities and restaurants are accessible within a few minutes. Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, pool use, bed linen, towels, beach towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, baby cot, high chair, internet, kitchen towels and tourist tax. The villa is a long way up very windy narrow streets and I think you are among the locals, building sites and a kids play area. The view however is amazing . There is also a villa attached to you where the couple who look after the house live. Not a problem except it doesn’t mention this in the details and as there is no divide between the houses it feels like you are intruding on them. Especially when a football ends up in their garden ! The pool is an infinity pool over looking the road and brambles, so not ideal for a family with small children, and wasn’t ideal for us being a family of 3 noisy boisterous boys who like to play football and jump in the pool a lot! I think they were def glad to see the back of us. Had there been more info we probably wouldn’t have booked it as we got the feeling that being quiet was very much preferred. So if are are 6 adults looking to just chill it’s absolutely perfect . Having said all of that Zrinka , next door, was very kind and patient with us and really helpful . Magnifique vue sur Split et la mer, le coucher de soleil. Roof top extra. Aménagement et confort de la villa super. Zrinka est très sympathique et chaleureuse. Bon à savoir que la maison voisine est sur le même terrain à proximité immédiate.
