The condo offers all the amenities you need: (in building parking, ski locker, pool and hot tub, kitchen). You can walk less than 100 yards and you are on the lift. Also, you are a short drive to Brighton, and only about 35 minutes to Alta or Snowboard. There were just a few things that knocked it from excellent to good. The location is excellent and the property and unit were both very clean. Concerning the unit, it was a bit dated, the refrigerator was loud, the bed was squeaky and it’s a little thing, but they didn’t have a vegetable peeler. Concerning the management, they were a great help accessing the property, very responsive. However, there was no flexibility when we wanted to leave our car parked in the garage on the day we checked out. Short walk to the lifts at Solitude and the couple of restaurants and short drive to Brighton. The unit itself was pretty spacious and the kitchen was stocked with cookware. Multiple hot tubs and a sauna was a bonus. No issues with parking or anything else. Powderhorn 307 was a great place for my son and I. This place was wonderful for our family. So very comfortable!! Only downside is there’s no guardrail on the top bunk (it sits below the top of the mattress), and my 7 year old is still one to fall out of bed. So, she slept on the bottom bunk with her sister. The location could not be better. Just steps from the lifts and steps from dining options and a great hot tub, outdoor heated pool and fitness center. The condo was a bit dated but had everything we needed. A bunch of overhead light bulbs were out in the kitchen and dining room but the facilities guys came out quickly and replaced them.
