Original room was rear-facing & dark; request for a front-facing sunnier room was immediately fulfilled with great cheer and an upgrade. Provided a free bus & boat combo tour ticket that a departing guest had donated since it was an unused part of a 3 day package. 12th Floor Breakfast dining area is spacious, floor to cieling windows, airy, well designed. Food was very well done with all the basics, wide variety, and extras like a station for Korean food with visual prep instructions. "
