“Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she……

“Main problem I had was the people staying up stairs over Me was the stomping when walked all night. Had problem sleeping with me noise. I even went up stairs and asked if they could normal and the answer I got waz to mind my own business. When I come back I want a third floor room.”

“The best thing about this property was the management, they went above and beyond to insure that we had a parking spot near our room, an extra chair and assistance with the air conditioner/heater. Beyond that we wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel again. The first impression was the sloppy paint job on the doors then the dingy looking coverlet, thin towels, bad fitting toilet seat that slipped when you sat, outlets so loose that plugs fell right out as well the lingering smell of smoke in……
